    how do i get firmware for 5020i which is updated to 6000i

      hi amitlama_78.
      Because you are editing main board. You need to modify the main board is the same as before. Then change the firmware to a previous iR5020i machines will return to normal.

          Actually my machine was running great... One fine moring it started to give me this error E602 0003
          I bought this as a Refiurnised machine. model is ir 5020 which was updated to ir 6000i............
          Now what should i do buy a new HDD.....help please
