[Misc] Canon c3220-need to reset password so I can calabrate...HELP!!???

Hi,
I tried to clear the password while in service mode so I can calibrate, but it didn't work. I replaced the black drum today and now it prints out of registration. I did a full adjustment and the sheets that printed out showed me that the black is out of registration about 1/4". Any help??????

U mean the password when u open Printer Tab ?? if so it is Fiery.1

Inspect and clean the ITB unit

u can do a DCON CLEAR in service mode/ but u must print out a P-PRINT to put back the settings before u attempt it
