    there are no delay jam codes as i know of just the Error code and the customer only prints to it .

    we have tried both Bypass & deck it runs ok as heavy 2 stock

    its on mainly Mac environment with a couple of PCs as well .

    i agree with you its sounding more and more like a software glitch.

      You need to establish a process of elimination during an error code issue.

      ***Has the customer tried this while pressing the print key on control panel.

      When u register Coated in Deck or Select Coated for Bypass -
      the print engine is signaled to respond at 1/3 speed.


      All Error, Jam & Alarm codes need to be viewed > is service mode !



      You did not answer, is the coated paper ever picked up in either location- Deck/Bypass ?

        just to let you know whats happening

        we have ordered a DC con 2 days ago still not arrived now the machine does E021 0101 on every stock customer very p**sed off only had the machine 3 weeks.
        we have esculated the call ,they cant come out until next tuesday.
        Canon have D.O.A the machine now due to amount of problems in the 3 weeks

          Have tech investigate that E021 Developing Sleeve Drive Motor error procedure /for Yellow Developing Assembly I posted
