    ir c3220 e350

hi guys, got a call from a friend with this problem.

    E000350-001 on a ir c3220

it's not listed on the service manual so I
did a search on the forum, found one
that says it's about the eco-id pcb
and another post from fixya says it's mostly
counter related problem ( serial pcb ).
but this is for another canon model and not
    for the 3220.

anybody got a lead on this for the 3220 model?

    thanks!

First check and re-seat all connections to the SRAM PCB, Main Controller, Counter Memory PCB and the ECO/ID PCB

was someone trying to swap boards in printer ??

nope they were not trying to swap board,
just a regular call from the customer.

he changed the main board, reader card and reader cable
already. but he says he never changed the ram.

sorry for asking but i don't know which part is the
eco/id pcb but i have read it on the service manual
      before a few times already.
