i have erroe e000540-8004 in copier canon 6570 what is that mean ??

The Error is for the upper finisher tray. Indication is: "Clock signal input cannot be detected when the tray 1 shift motor has been driven for 0.2 seconds"

Solution :
In this case the tray motor M107 ( part number 4K1-1102-000 ) was replaced and corrected E540 8004 Error code.
