Canon C2620 Washed out looking copies/prints.

I inherited this one from one of my clients and need to get the quality of print again. Looks like a washed ot transfer or something. Mach has 62K on the total meter.

We need to see some sample of the problem to assist you properly... 62k is really low mileage.

I suspect that process area has been opened before the RHS door, this can cause the transfer plate on the ITB unit bend back on itself as it is still in contact with transfer spring on end of transfer roller unit.

Open RHS door check to see if brass plate is visible on ITB , should be able to bend back with small screwdriver.Good luck.

Best advise, if u are not a tech. - place a service call , for a Canon experienced Tech.

        in Long Island call 516.877.9100

while your at it , get a service contract, your initial service call & product inspection will be deducted from it - it will prevent headaches &
        aggravation
