I have an IRA 6055 just delivered this afternoon, not even 200 copies yet. Gave an E0001-0003, reset the code and ran 20 copies then gave an E0001-0010. Reset the code and it's up and running again, but everyone was going home @5. I am going back in the morning and have a feeling the code will be there waiting for me. Any ideas?

check FUSER TEMP in service mode
Remove the fuser unit / inspect and re-install it into the machine.

Gotta love that right out of the box failure of equipment. Did the problem revisit the copier?

Yeah, those make me nervous. I think I overreacted, it was working fine when I got there, for the demo, and a couple hundred copies after that.
I must say aside from getting used to the new color, the new Advance series are pretty freakin' awesome. Quick menu..changing backgrounds...tons of customization....

I love the system on the new machines, and the customers like all the bells and whistles as well. Thankfully Canon has updated enough them enough to work out the kinks from the early release machines.
