    C1 line

Replaced corona units thinking this was the problem, but - see attached file, test chart.
The lighter area travels with the direction of moving paper, the .jpg is part of ledger size 11x17 test chart. It does it on all (lighter) colors, but not on good solids, as seen in black.

Check and clean dust proof glass. When cleaning with alcohol, make sure it does not leave a haze on the glass when dry. To remedy a haze, clean with water and use a lint free cloth

thanks, I did clean the slit glass - dust proof glass - (narrow, long piece of clear glass above the drum unit?), I failed to mention it.
Also, the darkest solids do not have the problem, I'm holding the original test that came out in my hand - it somewhat appears on the 3rd darkest band, but last two darkest - no line.
Is this something with transfer unit?

Remember dark solids will not show a faint light area/ did u print out the PG5 single color test prints for each color ?

this test will show if there is a build up of toner on magnetic cylinder/ which will not transfer & cause a light area
