ir3300i can't send to folder via win 7

i use Win 7 os and want to scan by using my IR3300i through SEND option. i browsed direct to my work group and see my com on there. but i tried to set my user name and pass word as set in my com but nothing was gonna change. The message appear " check the sever" . i don't know what to do now. thanks

There were some threads on this in the connectivity forum.
KenB suggested using the "Owner" account and it's password.
