[Jamming] Canon IR 3300 intermittent Jam 0111

This copier is "one of those". I've changed the feed kits for both cassettes. Cleaned the vertical rollers. Removed the paper feed unit, and cleaned the sensors. Ran 50 or so copies out of both cassettes without a problem. The jam is always before it gets into the registration rollers. I leave the customer, and the next day I get a callback.
I had a problem with cassette #1, but that was a broken leaf spring. Cassette #1 appears to be working. The problem is with cassette #2.
    Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks,
    essgee

add an extra wrap to the spring on PS12's flag.Helps with delay 01xx Jams in area.
PS12 is located in the center of the Paper Feed Assembly just to the right of the Transfer Roller.

You can also check that Registration Motor (M9)
