Canon IR6000 Printing Slow

I have setup a network printing to my IR6000 copier. But it seems like take out a long time to print out the documents. For example, I have a pdf file with 150 pages. And it took me about 30 mins to print out this documents.
Anyway to reduce the waiting period?

hi mate,

just wondering whether your switch is 10mbs or 100mbs. if its 100mbs try setting the copier to this aswell. usually its set to auto detect. might help might not give it a whirl. i take it ure using the correct driver etc...

It is a design flaw (if you are using canon MPDL), Nothing much you can do about it. (It is even worse if you are using the PS Driver or printing from Macintosh)

if u want multipal copies then u can directly store the pdf on mail box. please look at the 'STORE" option in printer settings dilogbox
