2=MAGENTA LASER UNIT ISSUE

E110 Polygon error
1st line: Always 0
2nd line: Station where the error occurred (1: Y, 2: M, 3: C, 4: K)
3rd line: Main unit status when the error occurred (0: Activating, 1: Correcting the image position, 2: Changing the speed, 3: Operating steadily)
4th line: Polygon control status (0: Suspension, 1: FG rotation, 2: BD control 1, 3: BD control 2, 4: BD control 3, 5: BD control 4, 6: Phase locked

**First check for a pinched cable on DC1/ J203 & J206
also check if fully seated

RESULT IS=0xx6 An error occurred after "motor locked" was detected once.
(1)Check whether the harness is not removed.
(2)Replace the scanner unit.
(3)Replace the power unit.
(4)Replace the harness.
(5)Replace the DC controller PCB 1 .

CHECK HIGHLIGHTED CONNECTORS

Just switch the magenta laser with one of the other colors,make adjustments(power,delay) then see if it moves to another color. If the error totally disappears,then something got reseated and you are fine. If it moved to another color,then bad laser assembly. If still errors on magenta,reseat dcon connectors,main sub-boards and connectors
