hello friends

i have this err E64 in GP215 ..when the copier Start racing in printing !!

i try to reset it but can't ! i replaced the primary charging and cleaned it but never result

help me pleas

Composite power supply, DC Controller, wiring, Charge roller, Transfer roller, developer bias,,, any one of these things can cause your problem.

Check/replace your transfer roller. I've seen those cause E064's more than the primary.
