my machine error E602 , and another problem every time 2nd tray paper jam problem, i see tray, no paper inside,

how to solve problem?

Hi Prasad

E602 is Hard disk error.Probably you must replace with new one.

For paper jam problem check:

1.paper format in cassette.

2.replace paper pick ups.

the copier thinks there is paper present in the 2nd tray when there is indeed none present, then you need to look at the paper present mechanism in that 2nd tray to find your problem. With the drawer empty, check the Choose Paper button on the op panel to see if the copier thinks there is paper present or not.
