When selecting P-Print in Service Mode, the P-Print will flash “Active” but no output is generated.
Also, in the upper right of the LCD, the <SERVICE> icon will change to <ALARM>. At this point, if the control panel soft switch is cycled, the error light will flash, and the default screen will be displayed. On the bottom of the screen will now indicate “Report” and “LTR load paper.”

    to see LOAD PAPER Message/
u must have at least Firmware ver.66.04

    Solution :
The following conditions must be set in order to generate a P-Print:

    1) The paper source must contain one of these paper sizes, LTR, LTR-R, LGL or 11x17.

    2) Paper Type should be set to Plain.

    3) The Cassette in which the report will print from must be enabled "ON" under Drawer Eligibility.
To view or change this setting > Additional Function > Common Settings >
    Drawer Eligibility for APS/ADS > < OTHER > < enable the cassette ON >

power off printer/ then power on printer

    then>
    1) Go into Service Mode
    2) Hit Function
    3) Hit Misc-P
    4) Hit P-Print
    5) Hit OK
