    machine asking for 11x17 when using 14" or 11"R through doc feed

    tried swapping out doc feed that was working fine on other machine whats my next move?

      u mean is says load 11x17 paper ??
      Check your paper cassette trays.


      From service mode: Press FEEDER>FUNCTION>TRY-LTR (to highlight)

      Adjust the tray side guides to the LTR/11x17 index and press
      OK to register setting.

      Adjust the tray side guides to the STMT / LTRR / LGL index
      and press OK to register setting.

      Press the reset key twice to end service mode and recycle the
      power switch on the control panel and the main switch.
      **Knowledge is time consuming, exhausting and costly for a trained Tech.**

        trying to copy on 14" from 14" its asking for 17 and if i manually pick 14 " tray cuts off like it is putting it on 17"
