Downgraded Advance firmware, sendkit gone

I accidently downgraded (option 3 overwrite in stead of option 1 upgrade) an IR Advance 50xx from 55 to 45. Now my sendkit is gone.

Going back tommorow to upgrade to 55 again, format if needed.

Any advice?

Sounds like the upgrade should take care of it. Send kit is standard so there is no license that could've been lost.

And any advanced send options(encrypt,signature,etc) that require keys will remain.Even after replacing HDD. Key info stored on counter pcb.

this is a standard option of the device. I would get a different version and do a full overwrite of the firmware. Also make sure that the option to display the SEND option is not disabled.

Probably you didn t mark t everything what you need in SST.Do you have some other missing files on copier?
Just overwrite everything again and you be fine.

went back today, with latest fw v55.10 upgraded with upgrade only button. Was working fine again.
