    Try hitting the reset key-then try again. If you still cant enter try *4/9*.

          I've had this happen when a key top got messy. Coffee... Sugar... who knows. Anyway the keytop was sticking and stopping me entering SM. May be worth taking the control panel appart and giving it a clean.

            Which is it? A 3320, or a 3220, you have posted the same problem twice on different models...

            Either way, advice remains the same...

                Its Addl func/2&8 at same time/addl func. Not the * key by the numbers

                    Theres a * next to the zero and an additional functions button which has a similar symbol. You have to hit addl func then 2 and 8 at the same time then addl func. Using the * key by the zero wont work.
