Machine running very slow and intermittently giving this code. Points to main controller pcb. Anyone else run into this code?

Intermittently when copying or printing, the paper will stop at the registration roller and the copier will continue to cycle. Shortly after an error E240-0001/0002 will occur.

Check connector, check connection of sub PCB in the controller box, check / replace DC controller PCB / main controller PCB

There is no response when 3 sec passed since the main controller had sent the pickup request to DC controller during printing.

0002

There is no response when 4 sec passed since the main controller had sent the request for image output to DC controller during printing.

Pull out the DIMMS/ & Clean ends/ Re-seat/ check op

pull out Boot Rom= clean & re-seat
