[Jamming] imagePRESS C1/ C1+ Minimizing Intermittent 010D Jams - REVISED

    imagePRESS C1/ C1+

there is an increase in the number of 010D jam codes
occurring in the field. In order to help address this issue, this Technical Publication will delineate a list of items that should be checked to address this jam code.

It is imperative that periodic maintenance be performed on the Fixing Belt Assembly on a timely basis to minimize the possibility of the Fixing Belt Assembly contributing to this issue.

Thanks for the info teckat..This jam code is a real pain to fix, the best result I've had is replacing the 4 pre-fuser belts. I get few months with no jams before it comes back in. I've even but a new fuser in but jammed on the first try..that was an expensive non fix
