canon imagerunner 2525 finisher

hi...i have problem with canon imagerunner2525 that does not recognize with finisher unit
i replaced with a new finisher but it is still the same..power supply board with no avail
is that malfunction related to DC controller?
is there anybody seen that?
i apreciate any help guys...........

hi..today morning i reinstalled the finisher on canon imagerunner 2525i..i also replace the power supply board for finisher U2..when i turn the power on and try to print a report
it shows the system error 000716.....
is there any help gentlemen?
