compare the location of the prints of the two auto gradation prints. I would almost bet that the location of the print from the machine in question is not in the correct place and the unit can't see the patches. If that is the case replace your attraction and registration clutches and check your registration rollers to make sure they are rotating freely. You may want to clean and check your attraction assembly as well.
The only thing else I would suggest is to place about 20 sheets of white paper behind the page when you go to scan it in.
Accidents don't just happen. They must be carelessly planned.
let us know what you find and if you any further issues. But if the scanner is working on the sheet from the other machine then you have eliminated all kinds of issues that the optics could be having. Good luck.

I’m having some problem with clc1100 , the problem is in auto gradation of the machine. When we try to do the auto gradation adjust, the machine print the sample to read but when we place the print and send the machine read it the machine simply say that don’t recognizes the print sample. I have clean the glasses and the mirrors, done the ccd adjust and the machine and the problem remain. I only get the machine to work when I placed the gradation print from other machine clc1110 and the machine make the reading with no problem at all, but I need to see where the problem is.
Grateful for any help that you may give
P.s. - Sory my english

First a thanks to everyone for helping.
I'm sorry for the delay in give you a feed back but I've been away and without any possibility to reply sooner. Your both post were right, there was a minimal diference in the actraction and the image read start position, when i do the both procedures to adjust to the correct value the autogradation was printed and readed all ok.
