[Misc] 4570 always shows " remove paper from the output tray"

i use the internal finisher S1,used for 4570 but when i make a copy about 50-100 sheets, the finisher always show the massage " remove paper from the output tray" i checked the flipper sensor tray, it work. can anyone help me?. Thankss

Try and initialize common settings, select Additional Functions > Common Settings > Initialize Common Settings and select 'Yes'. To Initialize Copy Settings select Addition Functions > Copy Settings > Initialize Copy Settings and 'Yes'.
power cycled off and then on.

Finisher -S1

The imageRUNNER will display a message of " Remove Paper From Output Tray "

message displayed because PI 9, the Tray 300 Sensor, was found to be defective. Check the connection of J5 on the Finisher Controller. Verify the sensor is changing state at the Finisher Controller J5, Pins 7, 8 and 9. If PI 9 is not changing state replace the sensor.

The Part Number for PI 9 is WG8-5696-000. This is the new number. The previous number was WG8-5571-000.



Note: All of the sensors in the Finisher -S1 have the same part number.
