Canon ir5570 copy problem

My copier canon ir5570 gives white copy wirth vl1t=0 when i change potential control the copy is very dark.
the copir dpot display lpower-p=23 lpower-c= 117 primp=0 primc=0.

change corona wire
service mode > copy > Function > DPC > DPC > 1
off/on Power

I change primary corona and HV PCB and the copy is white.

check that - Copier>Option>Body>PO-CNT is set to 1
run- Copier>Function>DPC>1>OK

re-check the Potential Control harness and its associated connectors for kinks, wire ties,bent pins and proper routing.

check DISPLAY > DPOT for the following voltages

DPOT-K = 0V
VL1T = 60V
VL1M = 0V
VL2M = 0V
VDT = 370V
VDM = 0V
VL2M-P = 0v
VL1M-P = 0V
