IR5000n Door

When I turn on the Ir5000n
it shows an err (ask me to open and close the front door)
when I open and close any door then the machine is Ready.

Cleared R-con & Dc-con & Err

But it still ask me to open and close the door every time I turn it on.
How I clear that Err for ever.

Disconnect the finisher and see if the problem happens. If it does not happen with the finisher disconnected check/replace the stapler.

Check connectors J229, J230, replace Duplex Horizontal Registration Motor M16. May also need Duplex Driver PCB and Duplex Horizontal Registration Sensor PS31

I mean: to press a door (a hand), then turn iR on..

There was a similar problem, specific, with the micro-switch of a front door. The message at the display was just the same...
