hi folks can any one shed light on intermitting delay jams ps104 i have changed the acuators,coming out the cassettes,rhs lower door and guide.also changed registration sensor and pickup and feed clutches.not great volume on machine about 160k i have 30 of theses machines on one sit fault occurs mainly in the morning.could this be a paper issue.

paper issue, static maybe...its kind of hard to say. What it the jam code you are getting? I took a quick look at the jam codes for this device and PS104 is not listed anywhere in the manual that I can find. More information is needed in order to help you out.
