ir 5570 scan error

customer states when scanning to one recipient they get scan error 20. has anyone seen this before? machine has universal send. thanx

scan error #020 is not listed. Have you verified that this in fact is the correct error they are getting?

just going on what the customer said. they are 100 miles away, so i havent put eyes on it yet.

Have them e-mail you a pic of the screen with error displayed....i wouldn't drive 100 miles until I was sure of the error
