did u mean cassette 3/4 or tray 1/2?

Service mode COP>OPT>CST...For Right Deck P-SZ-C1..set to 6 for A4,18 for LTR.Left Deck P-SZ-C2.....same settings.

Don't push him to service mode!He say "my canon turn from A4 mode to LTR mode"Copier can't turn format him self.He can do much
more damage in service mode.

True...figured he was a tech with poor English. Thats why i didn't post how to get into service mode. If he puts his title on here as a tech and he is not and goes into service mode and mis-adjusts something=revenue for techs. Anyway there are hundreds of posts on this site dealing with service mode..anybody can look at any one of them

Bra.. i cant found casette 3/4 setting in Service mode COP>OPT>CST , only p-sz-1 and p-sz-2, i cant set deck 3 / 4 to A3.. help please T.T

Check for paper behind cassette

COPIER/OPTION/BODY/CONFIG...make sure it is correct for your country.....I believe last 2 characters should be AA for metric configuration
