Canon IR 4570 White copy

Hello my friends,

I have for service a Canon IR 4570 and yesterday they called me that the copier makes white copies.... i went there and the toner was full, i made some calibration and after that i pulled out the laser unit and put back in and i closed the copiers and everything worked ok.The copies were of very good quality!!!

But they also called again this morning the same problem happened....

Can anyone advise what is causing this strange problem??

For start check all connectors on controller box and DC controller PCB.

ok thanks... i will see if i can work it out....

but i haven't found any disconnected cable.

I AM WONDERING IF ANYONE HAS ENCOUNTER THIS KIND OF PROBLEM!!!

Is it the same machine that have error E100 ?

u have a problem on link shutter

What about prints? Check reg ground clips. If its giving laser errors, also reseat connectors at laser driver pcb on laser assembly.
