I am facing severe paper jam. jam code is 0102 & 020F. I have changed the pickup roller and separation roller but still the problem existing. pls help me.......

020F=check the internal delivery /external delivery upper section for damage
check Delivery Roller condition

0102=check condition of Vertical Path Swing Guides/ check for proper pressure right side door

is this on all paper sizes & locations ???

Check the condition of the Vertical Path Swing Guides. If the fins on the guides are nicked or even if the fins are worn down too much, (usually on high copy count machines) may result in improper pressure from the right side door. This may lead to the 0102 jam. The Vertical Path Swing Guides are pictured below:
