    Screwdriver and SST.
If it ain't broke, don't fix it

Screwdriver(s) are not really the problem. I have read that the sst is the necessary tool, but I do not know, which version I have to use. The second question is: Do I need the system software for the Network/Printer Board?
      Where can I get it?

      Thank you!

Not sure if the SST will work with this machine as I have never tried it, a few years since I have seen one of these machines but to load the system software onto the controller you needed the PDL downloader, parallel cable and system software which comprised of the boot files PCL and PS code which all have to be downloaded to the controller via the PDL tool and parallel cable, takes about 45 mins...

First you have to have PDL downloader, parallel cable, system software. But you have to check the flash rom on IP board
          Good luck.
