Canon IR2270 Prints Garbage From Mac OSX

Hi Friends,

Just wondering if anyone has been facing problems with printing from a Mac OSX 10.6. I'm using ver 3.00 driver for it and whenever it prints, it's just full of garbage on the print. Tried on a separate mac and the results are the same.

anyone have any solutions for this? What am i doing wrong here?

i think you need ver 3.2 driver for it to work with 10.6

The version 3.00 PPD should work fine. Have you tried using the UFR II driver? Version 2.21 just came out last week and does work fine.

snow leopard aka 10.6.xx comes with generic pcl driver - you can use that for all canons that come with pcl as standard.......
