I have the above machine ^^^^^^ and I am having problems with making copies and sending faxes. the copies are blank, like if the lazer isnt scanning. i replaced the board that the lazer is conected to and it worked for about half a day and then it went back to printing out blanks. ANy idea what could be causing this problem? internal reports are coming in just fine and the lazer does turn on.

Look for the electrical contacts that connect to the toner cartridge, they may not be making contact.
Make sure the spring contacts on the printer are connecting to the cartridge and that they are clean**Knowledge is time consuming, exhausting and costly for a trained Tech.**

Yeah im going to check that out. the machine has also been asking for a new toner cartridge for a while now. But the customer has been complaining also about the outgoing faxes being blanks and only having the header appear on the receiving end.Comment
