SST - Service Support Tools and Firmware IR 4570, IR c5870u

I am really baffled that I can not find this software anywhere. Canon is really a bad support site. This software is downloadable at their e-support site but you have to be a Dealer. I mean , this must be a cruel joke for people who happen to have this canon product. All I want to do is put the OS software on Hard Drives wiped of data and along went the System software.
Of all you good souls out there and very knowledgable people, you already been there and done that,, forgive me I am a newbie and sound a bit silly but I have read through some of the very informative posts , and feel very confident I can do this.. but can't get my hands on this evasive SST.
I would really appreciate a word or two of advice.. anything that can lead me even just a little bit farther in this direction. Thanks again.

Erik1968 Rico Aficio is very problematik mashin, I have > Digital Rico Aficio 450 -5 mashin, Rico Aficio 1045 -2 mashin, etc in My copy-internet center, All have problem in Laser Exposure System (Error code 322,321,326..), Ld unit......, Fuser unite...........

Aficio 450, 1045? Are you working for a museum? These machines are ancient!

SC322, SC321, SC326 are indeed related to the Laser Unit. Fusing Unit has nothing to do with these codes.

SC322 : 1st Laser Synchronization Error
SC321 : No laser writing signal
Sc326 : 2nd Laser Synchronization Error

If you know what these error codes mean, Ricoh machines aren't that problematic...
