    Does this happen from the same file? Are you using a Fiery RIP? What print driver are you using PCL/PS? What version of the driver? What version of the RIP?

      it happens with all the files. I'm not using Fiery. I'm using PCL driver (PCL5e-c_v8.85_Win2k-Win7_INF) & my OS is windows 7.

        Color or b&w or both ?
        Check COREL website -

        Slow Printing=

        1. Check to see if the Cassette Settings are set to "Plain Paper" under Common Settings (Additional Functions).
        2. Structure of the network /number of hubs/number of devices connected to each
        3. Type of File
        4. Finishing issue/ if attached remove Finisher, print same job-see if issue is resolved
        5. 3200 Firmware ver.
        6. Old Drums & a damaged Toner cartridge can cause printer to keep Recycling

        7.Try re-seating the SD-RAM DIMM's on the Main Controller PCB

          Use UFR driver, it works better in my opinion, and faster.

            Have removed and re-inserted sd-ram not working. It happens with all the files. Suppose i'm MS word file with 10 pages and print all 10 pages. It will print the fiirst page and machines restarts. but if i print one after the other than its ok.

              This is an odd problem. Do you have the same issue with multi page copy or scan? Is there anything else you can tell us before the problem 1st occurred. Does this also happen from another PC? Is it a possible driver corruption or PC issue? Maybe bad RAM on the copier. What else might you know that can be of help?

                Try this. I seem to remember almost your exact problem and this fixed it.
                You could do partition 1 and 2 just for good measure if you want.

                Copier-> Function-> System-> HD-Clear.
                Before you do the clear you have to select which partition you want to format with "CHK-TYPE"
                1= Image Storage Area
                2= General File Storage Area
                3= PDL File Storage Area
                4= Firmware Storage Area

                Enter 3 in CHK-TYPE and press OK.
                Then press HD-Clear and press OK.

                I also had one that would not print windows test pages (just blank page) but would fine from any other program and this fixed it.

                  One of your DIMMS are bad the 256 or the 512

                        Thank you too for the feedback, as well here are some tips for fast printing, especially when you do the booklets
                        1. Convert your print file to pdf whenever possible.
                        2. Store print then do your settings and command your job from the Mailbox.
