Is the Internet file a PDF? Do you have the correct language fonts loaded on you computer? If PDF you can chose print as image as a work around to missing fonts. Slower but successful; also as stated from Sufie I would try a different print driver as a test. Surprising there is many bugs in the drivers. Last point download the news driver available. Use the automatic install as it will update older versions for you. Hope this is helpful.

        Open Printers and Faxes
Right click on your printer and click Printing Preferences
        Go to the Quality tab
Click Text, Details, go to Misc tab, uncheck Use Printer Fonts

Sorry, I should have told you to Check the Download as Bit image also. If it is set for true type the printer will usually substitute its fonts anyway.
