Problem with the Canon iR 2018 Black and White Copier
1- its jamming a piper and i fix problem
2- i cant do any think and no system error or red light
3- if press any key make pip
plz help

you mean it makes a noise -when u press keys

Control Panel is locked up.
The display shows normally but the buttons are non-responsive.

**problem can be caused by a faulty Fax Panel PCB. To determine if this is the problem, the optional Fax Panel can be disconnected by unplugging the flat cable (highlighted below in red) between it and the Operation Panel PCB. The machine should work normally with this cable removed.

*Note* This issue only pertains to the non-"i" models with an optional Fax Kit installed.

i don't have a FAX installed ????? .. think s man its fixed the problem is flash
