PC850 Black Tape Coming out

Our PC850 got a jam and after opening it, we find a shinny black tape managled coming out of the left side roller area. Not paper. I don't know where this tape material came from. Seems to be about 1-2 inches wide, and pieces about 6" long. We pulled it out. Tried print again, jam, and more pieces of this black tape.

What is it?
Where is it coming from?
What does it mean?

It's the film from the fixing unit.You need to replace with new one.Probably you are not a
technician so call canon service.
