I have a canon 5020 that gives a 0116 jam and the paper stops in the duplex. I have swapped sensors and motors. I can't see what's happening and I don't work on many 5000s. Any help would be appreciated. TIA

inspect the mounting arms (front & rear) of the left duplexing guide (part no FF5-9876-000) to find if are not broken. The guide is spring loaded, so it may look to be intact even if it is broken at the front or rear.
