    [Misc] Changed Print Driver Name and DIAS

    Hello
    We had to change the print driver name of the Canon "iR2220/iR3320 PCL6" to "iR2220-iR3320 PCL6" in the .inf file. Now we get the error message: "Couldn't get device information"
    Can we modify the DIAS Service to run with this different Print Driver Name?

      My best guess would be to remove the driver, reinstall using the setup file, and rename the printer to anything you want during that setup process when it presents the naming possibility...
