    ir6870, E747-621f?

    Good snowy morning for south Texas.
    I have an ir6870 giving the customer an E747-621f when scanning to a PDF. I couldn't find it in the manual nor in knowledgebase. Anyone out here heard of this code.

      also remove the DIMM from the Main Controller and clean the contacts with contact cleaner.
