Canon IR 5000d won't print from PC

After error code E 602-004,i was perform HD check from service menu.After that,i got an error E 602-003.Then,I did hd format and installed new system software.After that copier won't print from PC.On the PC I was pinging IP adress,and everything is ok!When I switch conectivity on LPT port,and do a test page on the PC,I got on the display of copier printer reciving,but nothing happens.Can anyone know what is this problem?

did you install the N firmware?

double check your IP settings on the copier and make sure your subnet and gateway are correct as well.

No,I didnt install N firmware.But,why it won't print from PC over LPT port also?

no N firmware=no print

That parallel port on the side of the device is not for printing. It is there to load firmware on the device.

this machine was printing over the network before you had all the HDD issues...correct?
If it wasn't you are possibly beating a dead horse if this unit does not have the multi-pdl kit installed.

Yes,machine was printing from the PC over the network,before problems.I tried to ping that IP adress which machine use,and result is ok!But after instaling D firmware,it won't print.I didn't tried to install N firmware,because machine is about 200 km away from me,but I will try,when I go there.Thank you very much for this advice.

I have recently purchased a canon IR series machine iR6000(IR5000d) and it does not print from PC. Through LPT port, it shows printer receiving data but does not print. Could you please provide me the link to download the N firmware and the system software? Or if you could please share it via dropbox.
