Canon C7000VP servicing

Hi all

I am about to service a couple of C7000VP copiers and wanted to know if anyone could provide any tips.

Also, do these require specialist software to service like the Xerox PWS software?

no software needed like the X box. There are a ton of notes for servicing...too many to list here. I will try and PM you everything that I try to keep on top of with this model.
The biggest thing is to not let your customers run cut paper. The cut paper ruins your rollers and belts way too fast and the paper dust just gets into everything and causes even more headaches.
Stick to your PM cycle and use the Canon kits. They work good.
