[Misc] iR ADV C2030 - No Display, but LED's are working

Can any help me on this one please

New machine, week old, and the display has stopped working, but the green & orange LED's work
Have tried a New Main Controller 1 and a new display (Had to take one off another ADV C2030 due to a 5 week wait from Canon for a new one)

    Neither of these worked

I would try reloading the firmware if the display would allow me to see the Download screen
(Know that some ADV C5051's - reloading the firmware cures this issue)

    Any Ideas are welcome

    Cheers

have you tried the RAM? The RAM on the 5000 series seems to go out quite a bit. We only have 3 of these in the field so far and knock on wood things are running good on them.

Also on the 5000 there have been problems with the main power supply and fuses blowing on the relay PCB. Time to get the meter out and check voltages.

check the 12VDC power supply. We had a 5030 doing that, and thats what fixed it.

we also had a 5045 where the 3.3v line going to the laser assembly was pinched causing the control panel to go dark, but I can't remember for the life of me if the green light was on or not.
