UL (or Underwriters Laboratories) listed tape is certified to not catch fire and burn when overheated, meanwhile non-UL listed tape may start or contribute to a fire and burn like a petroleum product.**Knowledge is time consuming, exhausting and costly for a trained Tech.**Comment

Possible solution is to replace the HV support block plate shown in figure 325 below the part number is FB4-3848-000.
