    IR5000 Code...

I'm trying to help out my dad who's a tech (actualy he has his own small business). The machine is throwing a code, I don't understand the break down so this is the full code......
01-0217-1445-1446-0-0114-1-200720-LTR. Can someone please tell me what this means? All I find in Intravia is that it means How many, Where, What date, What sensor, and so on)....Any help greatly appreciated.

Thats: jam #1/date/jam time/clear time/location 0 being in main body/code/paper drawer. The code is 0114 and that should be a jam going down to duplex either for duplexing or inverting. Check the inverter rollers just below the delivery rollers. If its black it may need to be changed. Also check the white flapper in the duplex for broken "wings". Whats the copy count?

These parts are needed to rebuild the fuser exit/inversion area. Slippage due to hard finish on rollers or 1 way drive components can cause your issue...
