    [Misc] Canon iR C5185 - Color Print Jobs Partially Printing in B/W

    I have reviewed several forum sites looking for an answer to this issue and am hoping that this forum can provide...

    I have a user that prints to our Canon ImageRunner C5185 printer using the Color setting (in printer settings). The first page is printed in color, but the remaining pages print in B/W. Does anyone know a fix for this?

      I remember the 1st cir3200 with a Fiery rip I installed. Copies looked great. Test page came out fine. Then they sent a color print and it looked beautiful, well to me. I though it looked fine until I saw how it was supposed to look on their monitor. The colors weren't even close to matching, reds were green, blues were orange.... After some troubleshooting, I found out their IT guy just recycled the Ricoh print driver. He just clicked "add new driver" not "add printer". Ever since then, my 1st step for troubleshooting any color printing issue has been to delete and recreate the printer.

      Can you try a different driver or delete and recreate the current one?
