    [Misc] Canon IRC 3200

    Can someone Help? I have removed intermediate Transfer belt cleaned also cleaned rollers also cleaned secondary transfer roller, still image is out of register "blurry" belt only has 35K clicks on it shouldn't need replaced yet? What else could it be?

    settings,drums,sensors....If you make copies also scanner.More help if we see some samples.

      do a ram clear and reset all the door specs then start from square one and eliminate options
      and yes the belts do fail early depends on the maintenance and usage low volume is worse than high volume

        its not copies, print from network or copies same problem, just got new drums installed them and noticed the problem

          What did you clean the ITB rollers with? use IPA And clean
          Is the belt correctly positioned on the rollers.
          have you tried running a copy with the ITB Cleaner assy out ?

            Before u do a DCON CLEAR- u need to print out the P PRINT Settings- so u will be able to re-input the DCON Settings

              U need to advise Poster what to do before an attempted CLEAR of anything in a imageRunner

              Like printing out P PRINT Settings/ and or User Data settings
