first time i have seen this message , when you go to run copies the screen says memory full can not make copys. thanks for replys

Start off by going into Copier>Function>HRD-DISK and selecting SCANDISK first.
Perform the Scandisk, then once completed, perform a FORMAT

Format the Image Server Hard Drive in Service Mode COPIER>FUNCTION>HRD-DISK>Format.
Note- thatthe Image Server Hard Drive is not the same as the Print Board Hard Drive and no software needs to be reloaded after formatting.

have done it numerous times in past/ although not recently
