Did u preform any work or do a firmware update, before issue ??
You need to make sure ALL OF THE CONTROL PANEL BUTTONS FUNCTION/
to fully check if tabs are broken under keys-remove panel and check all

    did u remove panel/lcd connectors & re connect ???

Calibrate-Touch Points On The LCD Display
    Service Mode>Function>Panel>TOUCHKEY
Use it to match points of presses on the touch panel and the LCD coordinates.

    1. Select TOUCHKEY and press the OK key.
    2. Press ' + ' indicated on the touch panel at nine locations in sequence. You might need a FINE TIP instrument to assist in this step.
    3. Select TOUCHKEY once again to end the operation.
    4. Note: There are times when the '+' symbol is off the screen and the adjustment cannot be performed. Additionally, the touch panel may not respond at all and no adjustment can be performed, in either case the defective component will need to be replaced.

thank you teckat for your reply,

      Please find below the answers:
      - No work or a firmware update before issue
      - No broken tabs under the keys
      - I can not calibrate the touch panel because the LCD display is not working properly. I can not go to the service mode

      Thanks,

Many hours ago, the touch panel has worked again, and after 10 minutes, it has stopped.
At that moment I have turned the machine off, wait some minutes, and turned it on again and it has been working correctly since 6 hours.
Do anyone know the reason of this problem?

Also, Can it be a DC problem?

I do not know if I will face this issue in the coming days, I would be thankful if I can find the reason of the problem.

          Thanks,

Sounds like a sticking button/on panel= investigate that panel key function
            Check FM9-Inverter cooling fan
            Main Controller outputs LCDON signal

U could have a voltage issue/ check the outlet for correct supply to>
